Usually one business day. We connect your catalog, train it on your store and give you a snippet you paste into your store theme once. If your store has something unusual, we tell you at the start.
From your catalog, synced through your platform's API or your product feed. Unavailable products aren't recommended, and before it shows a product, MOON Chat also checks stock on that product's page. If a customer asks for something you don't carry, they won't get something else presented as what they asked for.
The price is copied exactly from your catalog, digit for digit. MOON Chat talks about products with confidence, but it doesn't invent figures like star ratings, reviews or "best seller" claims. If it doesn't have a piece of information, it says so.
We tested it on 10,000 products: a full sync takes 1.3 seconds, and finding the right product takes under 10 milliseconds. For each message, MOON Chat picks only the relevant products, so speed and cost don't grow with the size of your store.
MOON Chat keeps going, and you only pay for what you use beyond your plan, at a small per-conversation rate that depends on the plan.
