MOON Chat keeps going, and you only pay for what you use beyond your plan: between €0.02 and €0.05 per conversation, depending on the plan, and a voice note costs 50% more than a conversation. The amount is charged to your card automatically when it reaches €20 or on your billing date. If the payment fails, MOON Chat only asks customers for their contact details until it's sorted out. There are no usage charges during the free trial.

One visitor's chat with MOON Chat, no matter how many messages it has, typed or spoken. If the person comes back three days later and writes again, that's a new conversation.

You can move up to the next plan any time, and the change applies right away. If you have three or more stores, we'll agree on a portfolio price.

They're free during the 30-day trial. After that, you turn them on from your dashboard, pay by card and they start right away, on any plan. Conversations there count toward your plan's limit.

Meta's fees aren't included in the subscription. Your business pays them directly to Meta, with no markup from us. For each number, the first 1,000 messages a month are free, including MOON Chat's replies. Beyond that, Meta charges per message, based on the official WhatsApp rates. Conversations started from an ad with a WhatsApp button are free for 72 hours. Meta doesn't charge for Messenger or Instagram. Telegram has no fees.

Yes. MOON Chat can reply on the same number, and you and your team keep writing from the WhatsApp Business app. When someone from the team steps in, the chatbot goes quiet in that conversation. Your teammate hands it back by typing #bot. If you prefer, you can get a new number just for the chatbot.

You create your store's bot in @BotFather in two minutes and connect it from your dashboard. Customers write to it there, and MOON Chat replies. If you have Telegram Business, it can also reply from your business account, and it goes quiet when you write.
