MOON ChatAn AI chatbot for WooCommerce stores

Order status, read straight from WooCommerce
Statuses show up in plain words: processing, on hold, completed. If the order hasn't shipped yet, the customer finds out on the spot, without writing to support.
Products, stock and orders
The catalog
Published products, with price, discount, photo, categories and brand. Through the API you get up-to-date prices and stock. Without keys, it works from your feed.
Stock
Sold-out products aren't suggested. Before it sends a product, MOON Chat also checks its page.
Orders
It searches by order number, email or phone, even if the customer writes it differently than in the order.
The tracking number
It reads it from the order fields where your courier plugin saves the tracking number.
Sales from the chat
Orders placed by people who left their phone or email in the chat show up in your dashboard, with their value.
Read-only
The API key has Read permission. MOON Chat doesn't change products or orders.
How to add it to WooCommerce
Create your account
At app.moonchat.ro/start, enter your store address and choose WooCommerce if we haven't detected it already.
Create the API key
WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key, with Read permission. Paste the Consumer key and Consumer secret into your dashboard.
Add the snippet
With the free WPCode plugin, in the Footer box. Or in footer.php on a child theme, so it isn't lost when you update.
Without an API key, it also works with the feed from your Google or Facebook plugin, or one made with Product Feed PRO. Then you get the catalog, without order status.
What customers ask and what they get
"What do you recommend for…?"
It asks what it needs to, then shows a few products in stock, with photo, price and a link to their page.
"Where's my order?"
It asks for the order number, email or phone and replies with the status and the tracking number, if there is one.
"Can I return it?"
It answers from your rules or your returns page, if you let it read your website pages.
"I can't find what I'm looking for"
It asks for a phone number or email and sends it to you by email or on Telegram, so you can follow up.
Questions about the WooCommerce chatbot
Not necessarily. It also works with just your product feed. With API keys, you also get up-to-date prices and stock, plus order status.
From the order fields where your courier plugin saves the tracking number. If your plugin doesn't save it on the order, the customer gets the status without the tracking number.
Read only. MOON Chat doesn't write anything to your store, and you can revoke the key from WooCommerce any time.

A monthly subscription, based on how many conversations you have and how big your catalog is. Order status and orders from the chat are included from the Plus plan. The amounts are on the pricing page.
