How to add it to Shopify
Install the app
From the Shopify App Store. Your account is created automatically and the catalog starts loading in the background.
Turn on the chat
The "Activate in theme" button opens the theme editor with MOON Chat ready. Click Save.
Choose your plan
Right in the app. You pay the subscription through Shopify, like any App Store app.
Conversations, leads and rules live in the full dashboard, which opens from the app with no extra password. The chat bubble loads after the first scroll or after a few seconds, so it doesn't slow down your store.
What customers ask and what they get
"What do you recommend?"
It asks what it needs to, then shows a few products from your store, with photo, price and link.
"Where's my order?"
It asks for the order number or email and replies with the status and tracking number.
"Can I return it?"
It answers from your store's return policy, read from Shopify.
"Do you ship to Germany?"
It answers in English, from your shipping policy. The same goes for German, French or Italian.
