The big difference
Smartsupp started as a live chat. Mira is the AI layer on top: it learns from the feed and a few pages, recommends products and hands the conversation to a person when needed.

The Smartsupp chat window is available in Romanian. For Mira, the documentation mentions major European languages and replying in the visitor's language, without naming Romanian. It's worth testing on your products. MOON Chat is designed for Romanian from the start.
We didn't find order lookup in the Mira documentation. MOON Chat answers "where's my order?" on Gomag, WooCommerce and Shopify with the order status and tracking number, after checking that the person asking is the one who ordered.
